Gerard Conway
Director
Gerard joined the Shareholder Executive in March 2008.
Prior to joining, he spent ten years working in the private equity industry at Candover Partners and before this at Deutsche Bank. During this time he led a number of transactions, associated refi nancings and exits in the media, leisure and healthcare sectors. He originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Arthur Andersen's Corporate Recovery practice.
