Marc Middleton
Managing Director
Marc Middleton joined the Shareholder Executive in October 2008 as a Managing Director.
Previously Marc spent 25 years at Rothschild, initially working on mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings across a wide range of sectors. For the last 10 years he was Global Head of Telecoms, during which he worked on a number of major European privatisations, including Deutsche Telekom and Swisscom, as well as on acquisitions and divestments for several European and emerging market telecoms companies.
