Mark Boyle
Director
Mark joined the Shareholder Executive in October 2008.
Mark has broad experience across both the corporate and banking worlds, having spent the last 12 years in senior commercial and corporate development roles with Rentokil Initial, where he was Group Strategy and Development Director and Compass Group where he led the significant M&A activity. Prior to that Mark spent 15 years in banking with Lloyds and Kleinwort Benson.
In the Shareholder Executive, Mark will focus on issues relating to:
