Matt Brodrick

Director

Matt joined the Shareholder Executive on secondment in March 2008.

Matt has over 15 years experience in retail banking and consumer finance, having worked for Alliance & Leicester, Bradford & Bingley, Goldfish Bank, Lloyds TSB and a range of specialist mortgage and consumer finance businesses. As well as large corporates, he has worked for an internet start-up and as a self-employed consultant, and is currently M&A Director for Ernst & Young focussing exclusively on financial services and related transactions.
