Robert Palache
Director
Robert joined the Shareholder Executive in April 2008.
Robert worked as a solicitor with a major City law fi rm from 1980 to 1998; he then worked as an investment banker from 1998 to 2008 for Nomura Securities, Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley. He specialises in banking and debt capital markets in general and securitisation/structured debt finance in particular.
In the Shareholder Executive, Robert will work on a special project focusing on broadening the scope of Shareholder Executive in relation to how Government finances itself, initially looking at the Student Loans Book, Launch Aid and Northern Rock.
